I wanted to make a costume based on the illustration titled “Seraphim” by Japanese Illustrator Sakizo. The design is featured in the art book called Mystic Animism Vol.24 published in 2014. My interest in the design was to learn corsetry techniques, tambour beading and try new materials such as leather. It is an ongoing project that I began in 2019.
